Crispy Chili Chickpeas

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of cooked chickpeas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 160°C/ 320°F.
2. In a bowl mix together all the ingredients.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden and crispy.
4. Use it as a topping on salads or a simple snack.
