What you need:
1/2 cup of oat milk
1 cup of mixed forest berries
1/2 cup chopped beetroot
1 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tsp hemp seeds
Method:
1.Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Use any toppings of your choice.
I used coconut cream and coconut flakes to balance out the acidity of the berries.
